Arrival and departure
Your stay with us will start from 4pm onwards on the first day of your holiday. You will be greeted by our hosts who will welcome you with tea, coffee and some freshly baked cake after your journey. After you have relaxed a little you will be shown to your rooms, shown where all the chalet facilities are and how to use them (including the Boot Room, sauna and security safe for your valuables). Skis and boots will be taken to the Boot Room for you and your bags will be brought to your rooms.
If time permits our hosts will escort you to the Oz en Oisans Ticket Office to collect your Ski Passes and then on to the Ski hire shop to be fitted for your skis and boots. It will then be back to the Chalet to put your skis and boots into the Boot Room ready for your first ski in the morning.
By this time dinner should be ready.
Should you arrive earlier than 4pm, we will be happy to keep your luggage for your until it is time for you to check in properly. Likewise if you are due to arrive later then phone the chalet enroute and dinner will be delayed for your arrival.
On changeover day there will always be staff available to greet you at anytime of the day. Please phone ahead and let us know when you plan to arrive.
Your stay with us will end sometime before 10am on the last day of your holiday and likewise if you wish to leave later than 10am then we will be happy to look after your luggage for you until such time as you are ready to leave us on your journey home.

Children
To make life easier we have most of the bulkier items here that your little one may need.
An early dinner menu can be provided. Just specify this when booking and we can make all the arrangements.
If you want to use any of the kids facilities in the resort then book, book, book. It isn’t usually a problem but it can be so disappointing if you find a particular facility full.
