Summary terms

Definitions
1. "the Company" - Chalet Le Sabot, it's affiliates, associates, representatives and agents
2. "the Client" - a person, firm or representative who shall be in receipt of the Service
3. "the Service" - the provision of catering and accommodation services at the Property.
4. "the Property" - Chalet Le Sabot, Oz en Oisans, 38114, FRANCE and grounds as defined by legal title.

Terms
1. The contents of this web site form part of the contract between the Company and the Client.
2. Any information provided on this web site that refers to any third party service is provided for information only and the Company accepts no responsibility for the actions of third party service providers.
3. No term of this contract may cause another terms of this contract to be invalidated.
4. Under no circumstances will the liability of the Company to the Client exceed the sum paid to the Company by the Client.
5. The company reserve the right to make changes to the Service and the Client agrees not to hold the company responsible for any changes outside its control.
6. The Company reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions.
7. This contract shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales.
