We want your stay with us to be as pleasant as we can possibly make it. One of the things that we pride ourselves on is a high level of service, so if there is anything we can do for you, either before you come or during your stay, we will do our best to accommodate you.
We would be more than happy to advise you on any matter pertaining to your holiday, whether it is on travel, skiing, the best things to do with your children or anything else you might like to know about, so if there is anything you need, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Our staff will ensure that your stay with us is a comfortable and memorable one. They will help you find the equipment hire shops, where you buy or collect your lift passes, where the cash machine is, or the resort car park or, in fact, anything you might need or want. They know every aspect of Oz en Oisans and can help with any questions you may have.
Our staff work hard to make your stay enjoyable and for that they deserve a day off. It is usually a Wednesday and on that day breakfast will be laid out on the table ready for you but there will be no cooked option. This will be purely self service. For your evening meal the staff will help you choose a resort restaurant to dine in and will make all the arrangements for you. This will be a separate cost to you.

An early dinner menu can be provided. Just specify this when booking and we can make all the arrangements.
If you want to use any of the kids facilities in the resort then book, book, book. It isn’t usually a problem but it can be so disappointing if you find a particular facility full.
